We invoice agreed scope. We do not sell off-the-shelf packs from this site.
There is no public pack to “buy and return.” A fit call is free. If we take work, the fee and what it covers are in the scope you agreed.
If we have not started, say so on the contact form and we will stop before we invoice for that work.
If work is underway or delivered against the agreed scope, a refund is not automatic. We will look at the written scope and what shipped. We do not invent a 14-day store policy for custom work.
