What we collect
What you send us by email, by phone, or through the website grader form. Giveaway entries are your email address and your business name. When you use the website grader, the site address is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights to be tested, and your network address is held for 10 minutes to stop misuse. If you ask for the full grader report, we collect your name, email address and site address, plus the score.
Why
To reply to you, do the work you ask for, and run the giveaway draw and contact the winner. The website grader uses the site address you type in only to test it and show you the score. We use your name and email address to send you the report and reply to you. If you also tick the separate box, we send occasional tips and offers. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Legal basis
You've asked us to do something, so we use your details to reply, to agree work with you, to do that work, and to run the draw you entered. If you tick the box for tips and offers, we rely on your consent. You can withdraw it anytime by emailing rob@ingledigital.ie.
Who sees it
We share it with the services that run our email and website (Google Workspace and Cloudflare). They may process it outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google PageSpeed Insights receives only the site address you type into the grader. Requests sent through the grader's report form reach us by email through Resend. Its Data Processing Addendum says its primary processing operations take place in the United States, that it complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and that transfers outside the EEA not covered by an adequacy decision are made pursuant to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep giveaway entries only as long as needed to run the draw and contact the winner. We keep enquiries for as long as needed for the work. The grader keeps a site's score for 24 hours and your network address for 10 minutes. We delete grader report requests 12 months after you send them, unless you go on to work with us.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion and objection by emailing rob@ingledigital.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
